In addition to our well-known hotlines, CHOICE education staff meets community needs in a big way reaching thousands of people each year by providing education and educational materials in presentations and at health fairs and community events. CHOICE currently offers comprehensive sexual health education in schools, community centers, social service agencies, churches, and other neighborhood sites throughout Philadelphia.
CHOICE Educators are extensively trained in sexual health and reproductive health topics and related issues. Presentations are customized to reflect the knowledge level and experiences of participants. Through these presentations, participants gain practical information about a variety of health issues that they are able to apply to their own lives.
